How do I cancel or change my order?

Easily we can cancel the purchase before the shipment has been sent. Please send an email as soon as possible to nolands@nolandseyewear.com to cancel it.

If the shipment has been sent then you also can return the purchase, however, we strongly recommend to take a look at our return policy added below in these faqs and follow the instructions.

How do I track my order?

Once we confirm your payment and we proceed to ship the order you will receive a tracking code from us and from the delivery company to follow the shipment. Also from our courier service, you will be able to change the destination address once you receive by mail or by text message your shipping info.

We offer express and standard shipping to the following countries:

ZONE 2 Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, and Israel.
ZONE 3 Canada and the United States of America.
ZONE 4 Australia, Brasil, Chile, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, and Thailand.

IMPORTANT NOTE

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTY CHARGES

Please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. As the payment and knowledge of taxes/duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and Nolands cannot be held responsible for any charges.

If you choose not to pay duties on import and your parcel is returned to us, you will not be issued with a refund when the parcel is received – You will be issued with a credit note for the value of the products purchased only, less any shipping paid.

Customs policies vary from country to country - please contact your local customs office for further information.





How long does shipping take?

From Monday to Friday, orders confirmed before 2:00 pm (UTC/GMT+2) are handled during that day.

Delivery delays are estimated once parcels have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Please note that the delivery times are expressed in working days and vary according to the destination (working days are days actually worked in the company, which excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Can I ship my order to a post office box address?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.





RETURN POLICY AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

You are entitled to return all products from the NOLANDS online shop within 30 days of receiving the merchandise to NOLANDS for full reimbursement, provided the merchandise is complete, unused and undamaged. We wish to draw your attention to the fact that we can only accept return shipments from the same country to which they were delivered.


What do I need to do when I want to return my glasses or other products?

Regardless of the country of delivery, you have two options for canceling your purchase contract:

1. Cancellation in writing: You will find all information on your right of cancellation, including different types of contact, in our General Terms and Conditions of Sales.

2. Cancellation through the return of merchandise: You can cancel your purchase by returning the merchandise within 30 days after delivery, under the terms listed above.


How long the reimbursement takes?

Please note that there may be a period of 10 to 14 days between receipt of the returned merchandise and reimbursement of the purchase price. Once we receive your return shipment, we will inform you by e-mail that the merchandise has been received and how much your account or credit card will be credited.

Should there be any discrepancy between the recipient of the merchandise indicated in the order and the purchaser of the merchandise, the purchase price of the returned merchandise will be reimbursed to the purchaser and holder of the credit card or account used for the purchase. The sum will be reimbursed in the same currency as the purchase. Any losses due to currency fluctuations will not be reimbursed.

Do I need to use a trackable shipping service?

We strongly recommend this process in order to avoid any problem.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept the following payment types: Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard, Ideal, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club.


Is it safe to use my credit card online?

We do not process or store any payment information in our database.

We have set up a process for the protection of transactions with a view to ensuring the security, integrity, and confidentiality of payments made on the Website.

Credit card numbers are not stored in the systems. When purchasing, the bank details and payment details of the Customer are encrypted using the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer) from when they are entered by the Customer until the end of the transaction.

INFORMATION ABOUT LENS, COATINGS, AND MATERIALS

What does polarized filter mean?

A polarized film consists of special molecules running in horizontal parallel chains. This safety filter reduces those annoying and reckless reflections that are sometimes provoked by water and road surface.


What is anti-reflective coating and multilayer anti-glare?

The multi-layered coating reflects visible light rays and minimizes its glare. Its subtle brush relaxes your eyes and improves your visual experience. Maximum protection against reflected light.


What does the hydrophobic coating?

The hydrophobic coating minimizes the contact of droplets of water on the lens and keeps drops, dirt, and smudges out of it.


What does the oleophobic coating?

This unique oleophobic coating keeps oil, grease, and stains effectively away from the lens.


What is anti-scratch coating?

This is a protective layer that prevents and drastically reduces the appearance of those thin scratches that usually show on regular lenses.
